Robert Lee “Bobby” Myers, Jr, 58, passed away Friday, May 22, 2026, at his home with his fiancé Kimberly, and other family members by his side.  Bobby, as he was known by his friends and family, was born August 13, 1967, in Savannah to Robert Lee Myers, Sr., and Mary Louise Perry Myers.  He attended Beach High School.  He worked for Union Camp Corporation, and then went on to become a professional painter, serving homeowners at Dutch Island, and The Landings on Skidaway Island.  He was a highly sought after painter, making many recurring customers for his great work.  Bobby was a heck of a fisherman, and loved watching and attending drag races.  He also loved his family and was a great friend to many.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Lee Myers, Sr.

Bobby is survived by his mother, Mary Louise Perry Myers of Savannah, his fiancé, Kimberly McCorkle of Savannah, son, Robert Lee Myers III (Donne) of Atlanta, his daughters, Lacie Wise (Bubba) of Pembroke, Breeanne Werth of Savannah, Shelby Inez McCorkle of Savannah, and Victoria Mae McCorkle of Savannah, as well his grandchildren, Robert Lee Myers IV, Bre Myers, and Sadie Wise.

A Memorial Service to honor and celebrate his life will be 3:00 p.m., Saturday, May 30, 2026, at Fox & Weeks, Hodgson Chapel.  The visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
