Wallace Franklin Stafford, 82, passed away Friday, May 1, 2026, at his home with his family by his side.  He was born March 23, 1944, in Claxton, GA. and graduated from Richard Arnold High School in Savannah.  He was the owner of Marble Works of Savannah.  His life revolved around his work and his family.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Linda Gentry Stafford of Savannah, three sons, Chris Stafford of Savannah, Brian Stafford of Savannah, and David (Simone) Stafford of Germany.  Also surviving are five grandchildren, Sarah, Hannah, Thomas, Samual, and Jonas, as well as one great-grandson, Mateo.

A service to honor his life will be held Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at Fox & Weeks, Hodgson Chapel.  The visitation will follow the service until 5:00 p.m.
