Celebrating the life of

John William Graham, Jr. (Skip)

Passed away on March 11, 2026

John William Graham, Jr. (Skip)

John "Skip" Graham Jr. 1960 – 2026 John "Skip" Graham Jr., 65, of Savannah, Georgia, passed away peacefully at his home on March 11, 2026, following a courageous and long battle with cancer. Skip was a man of immense talent and even greater heart. A gifted musician, he found his greatest joy behind a guitar or piano, filling his home and the lives of those around him with melody. While music was his passion, his family was his world. He will be remembered not only as a virtuoso of song but as an amazing husband, father, and "G."

He is survived by his beloved wife of 14 years, Sara; his devoted mother, Nell (96); and his sister, Patti Thompson. His legacy lives on through his daughter, Jennifer; his stepdaughter, Rachael Maley; and the grandchildren who were the light of his life: Tavon (16), Aaliyah (11), Dallas (10), and Taylor (9). He was preceded in death by his father, John Graham Sr.

A celebration of Skip’s life will be held in private with family and close friends. In honor of Skip’s journey, the family suggests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Spanish Oaks Hospice.

We send our condolences to the family. We are very sorry for your loss.

My deepest sympathy for the loss of Skip. Even though it's been many many years since we have seen or talked to each other. I will always remember my childhood sweetheart crush in elementary school. Traci, Big Bird (Mike) and I were buddies. He was a guy to remember. May he rest in peace and be whole again and pain free.
