Thor Metice Johansen III, of Savannah, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, February 19, 2026. He was a native Savannahian, born January 16, 1938, son of the late Thor Metice Johansen II, and Theresa Meyer Johansen.

A visitation will be at Fox & Weeks Islands Chapel from 1:00p.m. until 2:00p.m., followed by a 2:00p.m. Memorial Service on Thursday, February 26, 2026,
