I had the pleasure working with Fred since 2011. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and fun to be around. He trained so many new techs and was a big help to me with the electrical side of the aircraft early on in my inspection career. Fred will truly be missed. He put a brave fight. My wife, Tonya, and I are deeply saddened by the loss of our dear friend, Fred. We met Fred and Sunni almost exactly one year ago at a marriage conference at our church. After a couple of conversations through the course of the conference we became fast friends. Our friendship has continued to grow through this last year. We had the privilege of hosting a heart-aversary for Fred's one year anniversary of his heart transplant. It was fun to see him surrounded by new and old friends. We count it a privilege and a blessing to have known Fred. Sunni, we love and pray for you daily. We do, and will, miss him but we look forward to being reunited with him one day in eternity. We will see you soon our brother

Fred was one of the first people I met after I left the Marine Corps. He gave me a chance and hired me. He taught me so much and I learned so much from him. Avante and Samantha met Fred at the Mayo Center in Jacksonville, FL. Avante and Fred went through the heart transplant together in 2024.
