Mrs. Nancy Cabaniss Warth, 80, passed away on January 8, 2026, at Candler Hospital. She was born and raised in Savannah, Georgia, to the late Harleston Cabaniss Sr. and Sara Grubbs Cabaniss. Nancy was a member of St. John's Church and St. Thomas Episcopal Church. 

A lifelong fan of art history, Nancy received several art awards and scholarships during her childhood and adolescent years. In adulthood, she served as a docent at the Owens-Thomas House and Museum and later worked as the front desk receptionist at the Telfair Museum of Art.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Warth Sr., and her son, Michael Warth Jr. She is survived by her brothers, Harleston Cabaniss Jr. and Charles Cabaniss; her daughter, Catharine Warth; her son, Andrew Warth; and her three granddaughters: Madelyne, Margaret, and Nichole.

Funeral services will be announced when plans are finalized.
