Harrison Glover Waters, Jr., 57, passed away on Thursday, December 4, 2025, in Savannah, Georgia. Born on April 26, 1968, in Savannah, he was the son of the late Harrison Glover Waters, Sr., and Suzanne Warren Waters.
A 1987 graduate of Jenkins High School, Glover lived with a steady work ethic and a love for being outdoors, always finding comfort in the simple things. He spent many years employed at the Savannah Air Factory and later continued his career at Memorial Health University Medical Center. Known for his sense of humor and his love of pulling pranks, Glover had a gift for making people laugh and brightening every room he entered. He enjoyed time spent fishing, metal detecting, and caring for animals.
Glover is survived by his three children, who were his greatest pride: Christopher Waters of Marietta, GA; Tyler Waters of Knoxville, TN; and Mallory Waters of Savannah. He is also survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Leslie and Brad Gibson of Richmond Hill, GA; two nieces and their spouses, Katlyn and Collin Russell of Richmond Hill, GA, and Lanie and Logan Smith of Acworth, GA; his favorite cousin, Stephanie Glisson Burnett; as well as many other cherished aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A memorial service to honor and celebrate Glover’s life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 12, 2025, at Fox & Weeks, Hodgson Chapel.
A private burial will take place at a later date.
Glover will be remembered for his kind heart, playful spirit, and the joy he brought to those around him. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him
