Frank is predeceased by his parents Francis J Sullivan Sr. and Mildred E. (Gray) Sullivan, and his daughter Jennifer E. (Sullivan) St. Jean.  He is survived by his wife, Judith (Judy)(Fouhy) Sullivan of Savannah, GA, two sons, Francis J Sullivan III and his wife Brenda (Hounsell) Sullivan of Douglas, MA and Matthew J Sullivan and his wife Teresa (Vance)Sullivan of Warner NH, as well as his son-in-law Christopher St. Jean of Savannah, GA.  He also leaves behind his five precious grandchildren Matthew St. Jean (Rebecca) of Queens, NY, Matthew and Emma Sullivan of Warner, NH and Kaeleigh and Maeve Sullivan of Douglas, MA.  In addition, he is also survived by his three sisters: Sr. Carolyn Sullivan O.P. of Providence, RI, Barbara (Sullivan) Mahon (Kerry) of Wenatchie, WA, Roberta (Sullivan) Robinson (Michael) of Waco, TX and several nieces and nephews.

Judy & family, so sorry to learn about Frank's passing. During my 15 year tenure with Linde Homecare/Linde, Frank was one of the best in senior management (VP) along with Art Pizzuto (Linde Homecare President) and a pleasure to work for. His management style was unique and not only did I learn a lot from him as I climbed my way up the management ladder within the organization, but learned the importance of team work, camraderie, and caring for the people who work for & with you. He was truly a gem in this regard. RIP Frank.

- Thomas J Long, Spencerport, NY

Our prayers are with you in these difficult days. I have many great memories of Frank and all his help he willing gave me when I knew nothing as you moved to Indianapolis. I will never forget him.
