Dilsia Torres, 67, of Savannah, passed away, Wednesday, November 5, 2025. She was born February 27, 1958, in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, daughter of the late Manuel Soto and Catalina Flores Soto.

A visitation will be from 1:00p.m. until 2:00p.m. Wednseday, at Fox & Weeks Hodgson Chapel followed by a Celebration of Life at 2:00, Wednesday, November 12, 2025.
