Ichong was my first love. I really miss her. January 21st would have been our 50th anniversary. My heart is totally destroyed right now.

I was the 1st girl my husband ever brought home to meet his mother. I was so nervous. But that day, I met one of the most amazing women in my life. She was so smart, beautiful, strong, hard working, and the most honest person I have ever met. She loved God, her family and cooking so much. I always said her love language was cooking for people.
- Missy Newcomer, Charlotte, NC

My mother was an amazing woman. Her strength, determination, and love for others were some of her greatest qualities. She was able to obtain her Cosmetology license and started her own successful hair salon business for over 25 years. She did all this despite English not being her first language. I love you and miss you mom.

Great Aunt, thank you for all the love you gave us. I am grateful for every moment we shared, and they were filled with joy. I love you deeply and miss you dearly.
