Diane Sena, 70, passed away Saturday, July 5, 2025, at her residence under the care of Hospice Savannah. She was born in Miami, Florida to the late Joseph and Annia Marie Sena. Diane worked as a Social Worker for many years. She lived in Virginia for several years, and in Savannah for the past nine months. Above all, she was a Christian, loved spending time at the beach with her family, and loved her dog, Daniel. Most of all, she was most proud of her children and grandchildren.
Diane is survived by her son, Chris Becker (Julie) of Texas, her daughter, Melissa Becker (Dave Rumsey) of Savannah, and her grandchildren, Austin and Carissa Becker, of Texas.
A Private Family Graveside Service will be in Greenwich Cemetery.
My heart goes out to the family. Losing a mother and grandmother is never easy. I will pray for your peace during this difficult time

I am very sad to hear of Diane's passing. She was an amazing friend to my family and I. I loved her kind and caring personality. To her children and grandchildren, she loved you all more than life and was very proud of you all. She would show us pictures and videos of you often.

Diane and I worked together at VPAS. She was always eager with a smile, a compliment, or a caring word. She touched me many times by following up on things I shared with her. She was always happy to be helpful and kind. I give thanks for her life, for her ability to put people at ease, and for the many ways she demonstrated God's love.
- Kathy Fuller Guisewite, Weyers Cave, VA
I will remember the love and hope she held and shared.
