Dicie Lee Phillips, of Savannah, Georgia, passed away peacefully on June 24, 2025, at Abercorn Rehabilitation Center at the age of 90 under the compassionate care of Hospice of Savannah. She was born on August 23, 1934 to Bennie and Daisy Kirby.
Dicie lived most of her life in the Savannah and Reidsville area. She loved being in the outdoors camping and fishing. Dicie was a woman of quiet strength and unwavering love for her family. She lived a full life marked by devotion, resilience, and grace. Her warmth and kindness touched all who had the privilege of knowing her.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Harry Ansley Phillips; two sons, Donald Gary Phillips and Craig Darnell Phillips; her sister, Shirley Barrow; her brother, Edward Kirby, and her grandson, Danny Phillips.
She is survived by her loving children, Larry A Phillips, Patricia Knight (Freddie), Linda Bragg, and Richard Allen Phillips; and her loving grandchildren, Rusty Phillips, Boo Phillips (Shannon), Freddie Knight Jr., Chris Bragg (Rachel), Brandie Stuart (Dennis), Brandon Bragg (Rachel), Jennifer Ingred, Donnie Phillips, Summer Phillips, Larry Phillips, Richard Phillips, and Brittany Phillips. She also leaves behind great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, extended family members, and friends who will cherish her memory.
Dicie’s life was centered on her family. She found joy in simple moments, strength in her faith, and peace in her home. Her legacy of love and perseverance will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
May she rest in eternal peace, surrounded by the love she so generously gave.

If You Ever Got The Chance Ta Meet Dicie~{Mama} And/Or Husband Harry~{Daddy}.. Then You Were Able Ta Meet And Be In The 2 Greatest People You Could Ever Meet In Your Life.. There Is No Greater Woman Then Mama..She Wuz The Kindest,Most Hard Working And Have A Good Time Woman In My Life..She Always Said It Like It Was And If Your Feelings Got Hurt,Then So Be It..She Always Saw The Best In Everyone And Never Judged, Instead Always Gave The Best Advice To Try And Help You Through Your Struggles.. Would Give The Shirt Off Her Back Ta Always Help People, Wether She Was Struggling Or Not..And Even Though It's Taken Me Many Year's, I'm Finally Listening Ta All The Advice She's giving Me Over So Many Year's And Doing The Right Thing's Now By Myself,My Kid's And My Grandson.. Your At Peace Now Mama Wit Daddy And Kid's That Lost Their Lives Ta Early.. And I Know You And Daddy Are Already Having A Good Ole Time Up There,Taken Shot's,Lolz..I'm So Gona Miss You And Pray That Everyone In The Family Can Get Through This And Come Together Ta Do Right By You And Daddy..It Hasn't Really Hit Me As Being Real,But Know Tuesday It's Gona Hit Me Hard.. I Love You Dearly Mama And Wil See Y'all Another Day..!!
