Celebrating the life of
Mark Victor Christensen
Passed away on March 31, 2025

Mark Victor Christensen, 84, passed away peacefully on March 31, 2025 in Savannah, GA surrounded by his loving family. A devoted husband, father, and grandfather, Mark lived a life full of creativity and innovation.
Mark started his career at Stanford University as a chemist, a field that nurtured his analytical mind and problem-solving skills. His ambition and drive led him to earn his MBA at San Jose State University, which became the foundation for a successful career as the owner of Flow Technology, Inc. in Jacksonville, Florida.
An avid golfer, Mark found happiness on the fairways from Florida to Hawaii. His love for cars and airplanes was more than a hobby, it was a lifelong fascination with craftsmanship and speed. A natural problem solver, he sought to understand how things worked in order to engineer better solutions. His curiosity and attention to detail were evident in everything he pursued.
Mark will be remembered for his generosity, wide-ranging wisdom, and ability to tell a good story. Mark is survived by his wife Mary Kaye Christensen, his daughters Kimberley Hoxie (Travis) and Lauren Anderson (Marc), and granddaughters Leighton and Harper.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Skidaway Island Baptist Church in his memory.
Mr.Mark was always very kind, always smiling. He will be missed, but there was one more stop he had to make. Thanks Mr Mark for the smile.
