A private memorial will be held at a later date.

Bob and Jean were wonderful neighbors and great friends. They were devoted to each other, so I know it’s a terrible loss for Jean. Bob was a talented artist and a serious environmentalist. He will be very sadly missed. Rest in peace, Bobb-O.

A candle has been lit!

I wish I had words. I wish there was something I could do! He was an extraordinary person full of love and experience and wanted to share with everyone! As everyone I wish I had more time more questions more chances to do things! I'm sorry that I had missed opportunities...

- Christopher Mattingly, Savannah, Ga

My heart is breaking for you, Jean. Bob was so gentle and such a talented artist. I treasure the beautiful painting he gave me so many years ago. I will miss him. Rest in peace.
