I had heard someone mentioned last that they thought Leah died . I said no I think he moved to Atlanta. so I looked in online today and I can’t believe that. complications from the surgery ? He always said he never wanted to have surgery and Vidalia, but I’m not sure where his surgery took place .horrible to hear. Images I’m sorry for y’al’s Loss. I worked the last seven years up until March 2020 when Covid was going and I guess it was in 22 or whenever it kinda settled back down and I called him up. You know he said I’d always kept in touch with him, but he said he was going to retire, I told him I couldn’t blame him. I don’t know if he fell if I and fractured his hip . Just kind of Aankh over the article really. I don’t know I’m a little bit of a shock. It’s just yeah that’s terrible to hear. We had a good time when I got the job lied to him I said, yeah I know how to run that machine , my brother does surveying in Seattle I said do you think he’s gonna know I don’t know what I’m talking about because I called it a machine and not an instrument and he said oh for sure . We cut lines & took shots all around. I know all the back roads and all the way around from riding around with him for all those years . Shit I thought he got heat exhaustion like right before Covid hit because he had been kind sick and the doctors didn’t know what was wrong with him and I told him I thought it was maybe some heat exhaustion Kept getting hotter but that try not to cuss as this is horrible. I know he was gonna go see Johnny Winters and Johnny Winters died and ZZ Top and then I think Dusty Hills died . and I’m thinking he’s up in Atlanta. I just text his phone the other day when they knocked down the old house, his office Well yeah sorry to hear that all right well thank you very much. I’m glad I have this little board. I’ll try to go over and check it. I’m dictating through my iPhone and Siri doesn’t ever get my dictations, right since 2008. Hopefully, he’s somewhere around Frank Zappa and Dr. John and Hendrix, Professor Longhair, grooving on their groove. I think I might lose two family members this year , Man it’s really terrible y’all So goodbye Goodbye I’m sorry for y’all and thanks a lot. Good luck good bye Randy Ramsey

Sorry to hear about Lee . I know him and daddy worked together for many many years. I think at times they loved to hate each other but in the end I think they were good friends. I worked with them for about a year when I was 17 or 18. I have lots of fond memories of that time. I always remember y'all's mama she was so nice to me when I would go to the office to see where Daddy (Big Harrell) was when I was a kid. I remember Leland had some little dogs I think one of them's name was Teddy. Anyway I just wanted to say sorry about y'all's loss .
