Theodoros Siliverdis
Passed away on January 24, 2024
Theodoros Siliverdis, 82, passed away Wednesday, January 24, 2024, in Savannah. He was born August 12, 1941, in Argostoli, on the Island of Cefalonia, Greece to Gerasimos and Stomatoula Siliverdis. Theodoros owned and operated The Blue Roof Diner in New Jersey, before moving to Savannah.
He is survived by his wife of over 50 years, Helen Dougherty Siliverdis, his son, Jerry Siliverdis, his daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Joshua Jacobs, two grandchildren, Micheal and Sophia Jacobs. Also surviving are his siblings, Nicholas, Danny, Simon, Maria, and Elanie.
A Visitation will be held Monday, January 29, 2024, from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Fox & Weeks, Hodgson Chapel.
A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, January 30, 2024, at 1:00 P.M. at St. Paul’s Greek Orthodox Church.
Burial will be in Greenwich Cemetery.
