I'm very sorry to hear of Michael's passing. I have many fond memories of me, my brothers and other neighborhood boys playing touch football with Michael and his brothers and hanging out at the Holliday's house on 64th St. Please know that I'm keeping Michael and all of you in my prayers.

I'm sorry for your loss. The scripture at Revelation 21:4 gives hope. There, Jehovah God, promises to do away with sickness and death very soon. This scripture has helped me in the past when dealing with loss. I hope it helps you too. For more information, please visit jw.org.

So sorry to hear of the passing of "Doc". I had the pleasure of getting to know Mike back at South Ga. College in Douglas, Ga. I remember Doc as always being in good spirit and fun to be in his presence. He was quite a basketball player in his day. May he rest in peace. Prayers are with you all. Coondog Lane Augusta, Ga

I know he will be missed by all. I remember the last time that I saw him at an SHS reunion. He was so friendly and made me feel like he was so happy to see me. I will never forget that night because of him.

So sorry to hear about the recent passing of my good friend, Doc. He was always a favorite of mine as he was with everyone he knew. We grew up in the same neighborhood and his brother, Steve, and my brother, Billy, were friends and unfortunately passed away at about the same time--way too young. Doc will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. Tommy Bond
