We are so sorry to hear of Vaughn’s passing. I knew him in high school and he had a great sense of humor. A few years later we reconnected again going into the directors staff unit. He hadn’t changed a bit. A fine man. We will miss him. Our prayers are with you Donnie and family

Again, shocked and saddened to be reading of yet another old friend's passing. It has been a number of years since I've seen Vaughn. He was certainly one of the good ones, a real pleasure to be around. No doubt, he will be deeply and dearly missed … Deepest Sympathy to family and friends …. Rest easy old friend ….

Dan Frawley, Clyo, Ga

I am so sorry about Vaughn. Take comfort in knowing that in the near future we won’t have to deal with any of the things that bring us sadness now. “And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” -Revelation 21:4

I find it so hard to realize Vaughn is no longer among us. I'll miss his crazy antics, like that stupid bird on his shoulder at the Pirates Fest all those years ago. May God hold you close, Vaughn. See you on the other side my friend.....
