Oh lucky me!! I got to know and love Sharon for years! She was my college roommate way back when (not the iron age but close!). She was one of my bridesmaids and I was one of hers. We lost touch for a while because she had the gall to move to Alabama but when I finally found her I was fortunate enough to talk her into moving to Savannah. She and I both love(d) this town and I had the absolute joy of having her live nearby for many years. The talks we had together will live forever in my mind and heart. Her loving smile and wonderful outlook on life pulled me through some tough times in ways I can never repay. My condolences to her wonderful family, whom she adored with every fiber of her being. It was you who put that smile on her face in-spite of the troubles the world threw at her. It was her reliance on her ever faithful and loving Howie (Yep, I knew him in high school too!) that gave her the strength to face the many challenges life sent her way. Adam and Amy, you were her pride and joy, never forget that. Cheryl, surely you know how important you were to her especially during those trying years when she was taking care of your incredible mom, whom I still miss to this day. Over all I have an enormous feeling of gratitude to have been able to share in Sharon's life. Her loss will leave a huge abyss in my life but my memories of her will cheer my heart and help me in my future times of trouble. It could be my new saying....What would Sharon do? Love to all!
