Myrtle, Rita, Connie, and Bobby, I am so sorry to hear about Bob. He was my first friend (I was three days old and came home from hospital, he visited me daily.) I just found out about the accident around 2pm. I talked to Sammy and he gave me some info. I will not be able to come to funeral tomorrow, if it was Monday I would be there. I love you all and you are in my prayers. Betty

Connie, we were so sorry to hear about your Dad's death. We have been praying for God to put his arms around you and family and give you peace. Our thoughts are with you. Much love to all of you.

Mr. and Mrs. Mike Taft, Millen, Ga.

I first met Mr. Bob 17 years ago when I began work at a waste paper broker. Mr. Bob has always worked on our plant compressors with due diligence and a fair price. Most of all, his smile and "how are you doing" set the tone for having him with us most of the day. Mr. Bob's expertise and work ethic flowed over to taking care of my home equipment as well. Without a doubt, this kind human being was one of the most gracious, thoughtful, most giving individuals I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. He often spoke of his wife, again, that huge smile, bringing me up-to-date since his last visit. We at Sonoco Recycling are deeply saddened by the passing of Mr. Bob...he is already missed! Our condolences and prayers to the family!

Belinda & Eric Burnett, Savannah, GA
