Sorry for your loss.

Edward V. Johnson, Roseville, Mn

I am saddened to hear of Lee's passing. We go back to grade school at Sumner grade school, in Austin. Lots of memories. My sympathy to the family.

Don Austin, Port Charlotte, FL

I loved Lee as pastor to pastor. When Lee felt out of sorts with the ELCA in Savannah he began attending nearby Wesley Monumental UMC. Lee and I had many warm conversations together in his cozy Gaston Street apartment. We talked about theology, church, Lee's family, cooking, current events. Lee was always warm and gracious, though not without some bitterness and regret. Every Christmas a package would arrive on my doorstep...a delicious pastry that Lee had ordered specially for my wife and me. My last conversation with him was in his extended care facility. He was much weaker by then, but we still had a very pleasant talk. My prayers go with his sons. Although I never got to meet you, Lee and I talked about you at almost every visit. I will miss Lee. He helped me serve communion at Wesley Monumental on at least one occasion and I was privileged to serve him communion at his home. He was so deeply appreciative of every kindness.

My condolences to the Dudycha family for the loss of your dear loved one. During this most difficult time, may your hearts be comforted by Jehovah God's promise to wipe out every tear from our eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore(Rev. 21:4). Also during the days to come, may your hearts be fill with joy and peace from all of "Lee's" sweet memories.

Thomas, Snellville, Ga.

The visitation ministry at Wesley Monumental UMC, Care and Share, extends condolences to the family of Lee Dudycha. We came to know him through regular visits while he was home bound. These visits came about as a result of his friendship with our former pastor, Rev. Creede Hinshaw. It was a pleasure getting to know him through this ministry, and our thoughts and prayers are with the family in their loss.
