Even after many weeks, I still cannot find the words to properly express the loss and the heartache that I feel. All I can express is how much I love and miss our wonderful Mary Ellen, and to tell all my great cousins that you are all in my prayers and thoughts. Mary Ellen was truly an Angel on Earth, and now she is an Angel in Heaven.

Pete Kidwell, Paradise, CA

My deepest condolences to the Thomas family. Please let the memories of Mary fill your hearts with joy and bring smiles to your faces. May the God of all comfort bring you comfort during your time of grief (2 Cor 1:3,4)

I'm sorry for your lost. Death is never easy for anyone to deal with , because it wasn't God purpose. I truly believe that one day she will live again, because God promised his people in Re 24:4 that he will do away with death and also in Joh 11:25 clearly says that " those exercising faith in me ,even though he dies, will come to life . One day we will all be together again with the ones we lost in death and will never have to experience it again. Dear Bill, Kevin, and Tim, I am so sorry for both your loss and mine, as well. As Mary Ellen's sister, I have many special memories that can only be shared between us, and that I will always cherish. Bill, you were a marvelous caregiver, so loving and patient to the very end. I will be forever grateful to you for your tender care of Mary Ellen.

Bill and Ed go back to The Old Guard at Arlington doing the Honor Guard. Mary Ellen was very apparent during that time also. Then many years later we re-connected with Bill and Mary Ellen at Kinston. Then their visit to Minnesota and Arkansas with us. To Savannah several times for Ed and myself. What a dear couple and such a lovely person Mary Ellen was. A great and very generous host and hostess! These are memories we cherish! We are so sorry Bill that you will face life without your Mary Ellen. Know that our Lord is with you. He promises to "never leave you or forsake you". "When He brings you to it, He will bring you through it." Our most sincere sympathy. Ed and Joan
