I am so sorry for your loss. Always remember to "Throw your burden on Jehovah, and he will sustain you"-Psalm 55:22. You can always turn to God in prayer for help with your grief.

Mr. Dotson sure loved his girls. Cindy has always been her Daddy's girl. Then she had Jessica and he got a new favorite:) I will always remember him dancing with her at her wedding. Next came McKenna. Thru Facebook I got to share in more happy and loving moments. Mrs Dotson sure picked a wonderful husband and father of her children. He will always be thought of with fond memories. With sympathy, Janet and Steve Adams

I am sorry for your loss. Death is painful to all of us. However God's word the Bible always offers encouragement. A scripture I find comforting is Isaiah 25:8. There Jehovah promises to do away with death and all things that bring us pain. That will be very satisfying! I hope this thought has been comforting to you. May positive thoughts fill you hearts and minds as you endure this difficult time.

R.G., Savannah, Ga

Dear Cindy, Jimmy and families, You are all in my thoughts and prayers. May you be comforted by your happy memories with your dad. He truly loved his family. Delores

My heart breaks for the family's lost. Mr. Jimmy was truly a family man and loved his girls. May God give you the peace that only he can.

Rhonda Floyd , Bloomingdale , Ga

My sincerest condolences go out to your family, it’s never easy losing someone in death. May you take comfort in God’s promise found at Revelation 21:4, which says “he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” This verse brought me peace when I experienced loss, I hope it can do the same for you. May the memories you have give you strength during this difficult time.

Mckenzie, Savannah, GA

Jimmy phoned me or vice versa and we chatted animatedly about Roger Federer after his matches. I will miss those calls. Jimmy was a very sweet man indeed and we will all miss him.

Andy White, Savannah, GA

Our hearts go out to all of you. David and I have such fond memories of our teenage years - a lot of which were spent in the Dotson home. May God give you all His special peace at this most difficult time... Sending you love and prayers.

I'm very honored to have known your parents and especially your Dad. He was a true Gentleman to me. He was funny, sweet and very loving to Mrs. Dotson. I saw how devoted he was as a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. I enjoyed all the time I spend talking to him at Azalealand. He loved to tell you stories about his parents and growing up. And I loved to listen to him. I'll always remember how much he loved not only family but his work, fishing and gardening. The main thing I'll remember is how Happy they were when We Laura and I did the Anniversary party for them at Azalealand Land. I'm going to really miss Mr. Dotson. RIP Mr. Dotson ???
