MY Brother Les would always throw me a sign and a smile whenever I saw him downtown. ? A FINE fellow he was indeed.

Savannah Dan, Savannah, Ga

Was so sorry to hear about Les. I hadn't seen in a few years but always kept up with him through social media. Reading the various posts the last few days tells you a lot about the type of person he was. A true friend to everyone who will be greatly missed by all. We have the family and friends in our thoughts and prayers during this time .

We were heartbroken to hear of the loss of Les and send our condolences to his family. We have known Les for a long time and shared some great times. He was such a compassionate and friendly guy and he will be missed greatly. Les will never be forgotten and will always be remembered as a DGD!! Gary Allen and family

Allen Family, Savannah, GA

So Very sorry to hear about Les. I have known Les for many years as we have enjoyed a solid working relationship. We often talked about football and how the dogs were going to do in the upcoming seasons. I was looking forward getting to know him even better over the next few years, time is too short. Les, you will be missed. My condolences to his family and friends.

Randy Peacock, Savannah, Ga

I knew Les for about 10 years or more, he was a great friend. I was proud when he was going thru our Masonic Lodge, as a Past Master of the Lodge I would like to tell his family that he was a Great Freemason, a loyal friend, and a great brother. My wife Tiffany was his banker and we always kept in touch either thru work, football games, or Lodge. He told me 2 months ago he wanted to become a Shriner, I was over joyed when he told me that. However he was taken way to soon. He had so much to give and was full of life. I will miss you my brother, my friend.

Patrick & Tiffany Welsh, Savannah, GA

Please accept our sincere and heartfelt condolences. We will forever treasure the many loving memories of this very special man.

I’m so sorry about losing such a wonderful guy! Everyone has a funny story and he will leave us all with happy memories in such a sad time. I filmed lots of TV Sports Shows at Wild Wing and had so many fun times with him. I’ll always keep his voice in my memory. God needed him back early. My condolences and again I’m so sorry but he will live on in our hearts. Go Dawgs!

Pamela Folger, Portsmouth , Virginia

Not sure where to start....Les and I have been friends practically from birth. My mom (Barbara Berger) and his mom (Donna) have been best friends since they were girls. We even all lived together when we were kids. But over the years we always remained friends. Every time I saw him he would have to remind me of something crazy I did when we were young. I said “dammit Les, why do have to remember everything?!?” Now I’ll miss all the stories you told. You were the closest thing I had to a brother. I love ya Les and you’ll be missed everyday by so many. Go Dawgs!!

Shannon Warren Williams, Savannah , Ga

To the Family of Les, I pray for strength that all family and friends be comforted during this time Of grief. What a mighty God we serve!

Kenneth Jones, Savannah , Ga

I am at such a loss for words at the heartbreaking loss of such a wonderful young man. I will always think of Les as one of my “baseball baby boys”. Such great memories of Warrior baseball games, especially his championship winning home run. I remember him being at our home since 6th grade when he was in class with our son Chris. Les was very special to my late husband Ken and myself. Prayers for his family and his large circle of friends who loved him so much.

Conner Family, Savannah, Ga

Les was my friend for around 30 years and I have so many great memories! He has been taken way too soon and I will miss him always!! Praying for you and your family!!
