I have been trying to call Mr. Braswell..... omg I am saddened to hear of his passing. I was Taylor's home care aide for a while. I would keep in touch with them even after she was no longer my client..... My deepest condolences to the entire family.

Scott & Taylor, Our deepest sympathy to you. It was a great shock to hear about Gary, I just talked to him on the phone a few days ago and Ernie was over there the week before. Ernie and Gary have been friends since they were quite young. Gary could tell us some funny stories about them at the YMCA when they were kids. We will all miss him.

Gary was the salt of the Earth. He had never evacuated for a hurricane, ever, until Maria. He and Taylor came to Macon and stayed with us for a week and waited out the storm. I am so thankful for the time we got to spend in person, sharing more than a few and lots of laughs. I admired his devotion to Taylor. I'm so happy that he's now with his family who went before him. I'll miss him like I miss Grandpa, Grandma, Mom, and Aunt Becky.
