What a wonderful and compassionate lady. Full of love and kindness. John loved her very much. She passed away on the same day as John. I know Heaven is joyful. Our son, Justin, is also with his Heavenly and earthly father since Dec 2016.

We loved Dot....lost contact over the years....have cherished memories of her sweetness and gentleness. Dot, Kit, Marie and I used to lunch together, frequently. Now, all are together in Heaven. Sending you all our love and prayers. Carol and Mike

What a blessing to have had Ms. Dorothy with you for such a long time. God through His word, The Bible, gives us the hope of everlasting life. How wonderful it would be to share an eternity with our dead loved ones. The resurrection promise makes that possible. (Revelation 21:3 & 4); John 5:28, 29). Please visit WWW.JW.ORG and find consoling answers to questions like "Why we grow old and die?", "Can the dead really live again?"; and more.

Dot was so caring; she exemplified the love of Christ. As a new resident of Savannah and new parishioner at St. James, some 30+ years ago, she was a great source of comfort. I will always appreciate her kindness. She had a compassionate heart and a beautiful soul.
